Review Previous Attacks on the WEP and New Approach of Analysis RC4 by Geometry
Abstract. The project we do is to implement the WEP attack. In order to
understand how to break a WEP, we review and prove theorems for
previous attacks on the WEP, through experiments. In this paper, we
present a new approach that using geometry to analysis the RC4. It assumes
that the adversary could know the random permutation S, the result of RC4
Key Setup. Also, this paper presents the algorithm to construct a graph from
RC4 Key Setup, and shows how to use it. The graph from Key Setup makes
adversary repeats Key Setup operation without any information. Hence,
adversary can calculate the key from the graph.
